Co-Founder and Brewer - Chris

Meet our co-founder and head brewer, Chris.

Chris started home-brewing all the way back in 2008, and the rest is history. Beer took over and he’s never looked back. With his strong passion for brewing high-quality beers, Eighty-Three brewery was born, in 2019, to provide Akron, Ohio, with a brewery that would satisfy his level of quality.

Yes, children are allowed, but must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian.

No outside food or drinks are permitted.

Due to local health code, pets are not allowed within the brewery. When we have outdoor seating, your pet may accommodate you outside. Only service animals are permitted.

If you’re going to a show at the Goodyear Theater, we recommend arriving about 2 hours before showtime. Our service is first come first serve. We do not take reservations.
